Finally happened

Well it finally happened went to backgroud check complete just after 6 a.m.. 56 days since sending was a long wait and twice as long as my G.F. took to P.I.H. I have been in a group of people that have been waiting as long or longer and wanted to say as others have it will happen!! Thanks for all the support and good info during my wait I will be hoping for plastic next week.

I had a couple brushes with the law from years ago that I had to send in the final court dispositions with my packet that might of added to my wait. I hope you see results soon! It is a great feeling knowing you can exercise your 2nd Amendment right.
I think i"ll reward my wait with a trip to the gun show this weekend!

I"m sure you are getting real close. You have all ready had 2 more days than me and mine seemed to last forever. If you dont see any progress by 60 days i would call them and ask whats up. It can"t hurt. Here is to you doing your Wallly Walk real soon!

Yes it does. I am fine now for the rest of the wait. I just hope its not another 2 weeks? Ive heard some horror stories on mailing times. I live in Austin so I hope to have it late next week.
