Employee followed man into parking lot and was struck by a car driven by the alleged shoplifter's girlfriend:

As good citizens we should demand the registration of all vehicles to prevent vehicle crimes such as this........Er Uh ... wait a minute .......................Nevermind!

I think a car should count as a deadly weapon the same as a gun when a criminal or their accomplice uses it to hurt people.
I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

It does, it's considered an Agg Assault F2. However, it's bumped up tp a F1 since she actually hit, and likley know it was either a witness or a loss prev/sec officer. (22.02)
