If she's not responsible for her own body then she's nowhere near responsible enough to operate a motor vehicle that could kill other people.

That's the problem. If a 17 year old college freshman takes au naturel pictures of herself and posts them on a social network, and one of her 18 year old classmates in English 101 downloads one picture, he possesses CHILD PORN as far as a federal prosecutor and the MSM are concerned. That's crazy.

I don't get the impression anybody is defending this guy if he has pictures of himself with girls half his age. We're just saying that "child porn" is as vague as "assault weapon" or "suspicious literature" or "cult" or "militia" where the MSM is concerned. We have also caught the MSM in so many lies, that we have good reason to not accept everything the MSM says at face value, especially when guns are part of the story.

My point was that they don't typically refer to the situation you described as "child porn" and they don't typically do a major arrest and raid on such situations. I seriously doubt this guy is the situation you describe. The words "child porn" are rarely used to describe the borderline situations. That is a word that is usually reserved for the truely sick, perverted, deranged members of our society. I 100% disagree that the words... "CHILD PORN" ... are as vague as the word assualt weapons. I can't remember reading or hearing of any news story where the headlines were "CHILD PORN" and it was being used to describe slightly underaged girls in the situation you describe.

Anyway... I said I was done posting here and I just broke my promise. I must admit, I do get a kick out of a thread that goes so far south, Santa Clause could hitch a ride.

Oh yeah...

A sick dude was caught buck naked uploading CHILD PORN on the internet and we were upset that they mentioned his large weapons stash and terrorist literature. Now I remember!

Now I suppose it is going to be an argument on what constitutes Child Porn and maybe they should leave this poor guy alone...?????
