Fake Utility/City Workers

Seems to be a increasing trend as I've noticed more of these stories in the last few weeks. The BG's are posing as various utility/city workers and once inside pull a gun and proceed to rob and or shoot. Seems to be another couple cases of this that I cannot find but remember reading about them in paper.
