suspect broke the glass door to his residence and entered. The suspect then opened the resident’s bedroom door. At that time, the resident fired a pistol at the door and apparently hit the suspect. The suspect ran from the home and was found deceased
Sad part is:
The burglar.... was shot while invading his grandfather's home, by his grandfather.
So, Grandpa is twice a victim in this incident. Having had to shoot his grandson.

Both a resident and an intruder apparently were shot at a Tulsa apartment complex.
A resident of the Foxfire Apartments, near 73rd Street and Utica Avenue, told police that at least two people kicked down his front door and shot him in the abdomen about 9:15 p.m., according to a police report.

The man said he returned fire and might have hit one of the intruders, police said.
