He shoulda helped the burglar to another round and another 20 foot fall. Repeat and rinse as necessary.

Too bad the homeowner was only using a .22.

Something more substantial could have taken the fight (or life) out of the BG.

I think that most people believe that just shooting at a BG will scare him and that they really don't want a gun big enough to "kill someone"

I guess any gun is better then no gun, but for me nothing smaller then 9mm for self-defense.
