session.
-- Mark Twain

at one end and no responsibility at the other.
-- Ronald Reagan

The inherent blessing of socialism is the equal sharing of misery.
-- Winston Churchill

taxidermist leaves the skin.
-- Mark Twain

fill the world with fools.

If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my children will have peace.

The federal government is charged with delivering the mail and defending the borders, otherwise stay out of our way!

And they can't do either well. (No hit to service men, just the decision makers. I have a high regard for anyone who puts their life in harms way for this country.)
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... (Jefferson quoting Beccaria)

... tyrants accomplish their purposes ...by disarming the people, and making it an offense to keep arms. - Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, 1840
