It amazes me what people think they can legally do and how they are oblivious to our legal system - what they can and cannot do. Many folks here are headed for the long road to prison if they ever put into action their thoughts expressed on this forum. Agreed, but this forum is specifically pertaining to CHL so I would expect people to read the info on the site to be better informed. Most of us are on other forums and I expect stuff like that at those, just surprised to see it here.

That dude was not just a "felon." Thats way too light of a label for him. He was a MURDERER, he went to prison because he shot and killed a classmate in High School. The video shows his coworkers trying to stop him after the women are on the ground. So, assuming that they see what he sees, they believe the threat from the women is stopped yet he continues to beat them. One of these girls has a fractured skull! He definitely needs to go back to Prison. He's clearly not learned his lesson. The video to me looks like he's trying to kill them, not keep them back, not keep them from hurting him, he moved way past that. The good news is that if he is 31 and he just spent 10 years in prison for murder, then he was likely an adult when that murder happened so the Jury will get to hear about that (if he was a minor I'm assuming the jury would never know that he had committed murder in the past).

He got out of prison seven months ago after serving 10 years on a manslaughter conviction for firing into a crowd outside the Galleria mall in White Plains to scare off a group of rivals. One teenage acquaintance of McIntosh's was killed and a young boy injured.

If you noticed, they looped the video which made it look like he delivered more blows than he actually did. One article I read said he hit them every time they started to get up.

I don’t believe half of what the media reports so I leave it up to a jury to decide.

One article had the headline “Rayon McIntosh on how to turn a quarter-pounder into a double-whopper”.

Take a look at the top of the page. This section is “The Crime Blotter”. The posts run the gamut from Obama’s stolen teleprompter (not in Texas either) to a Burglary victim (probably not a CHL holder either) fighting off an intruder with a samurai sword.

As far as I know, in "Off Topic" almost anything is fair game.

He claims self-defense, but I doubt if any self defense is permitted in New York, if it injures the criminal.

Maybe if more criminals were injured or killed in the commission of their crimes in New York there would be less of this.
