id hate to have to unholster then reholster as it takes me a few minutse to find the "sweet spot" on my belt for my iwb gun and iwb mag holder.

You need to practice more drawing/reholstering. If it takes you a few minutes to find the "sweet spot" then you haven't practiced enough to build muscle memory when it comes to drawing from your IWB holster.

To answer your original question......walk in the stall, look around and figure out your options for this particular stall, then pick the most desirable/least objectionable option and go with it.
