The most obvious issue in this article is that, it is not honest citizens stopping crime in its tracks, but it is bad guys shooting innocent civilians, as only bad guys have guns in New York City. The mayor of course makes a statement, not that we need guns in the hands of honest civilians, but that we need to do more to get the guns out of the hands of criminals.

The second most obvious issue in this article is what is a "liquor barbecue"?
