Out of curiosity, if I do order a couple of these (given the price, might need to pick up more than 1 before they sell out) will the FFL I pick them up from be required to notify the ATF of my 2 or more purchase since there is no designated caliber on the receiver? I know it is considered a rifle, even though it is stripped, but would it have a caliber designation? I would like to make some .22 plinkers, so have been looking into .22 uppers, but since this is Cal Multi, I wasn't sure what the requirements were.

I think this would qualify you to get on the list for sure. :banghead:

I got 3 of them when they were 80 before this atf idiocy.

I would think you could get the ffl to transfer one each day but then again trying to skirt their "rules" might bring even more attention.

They are nice lowers though! My PSA upper/lower has very little slop in it. Even less than my RRA.

I caved in and got one. I told myself I wasn't going to put another AR15 together this year but I think this is too good of a deal to pass up. Now to figure out what style of AR15 I want, that is the painful part...decisions!

I bought 2 the last time and I asked the same question to my FFL. He told me that it doesn't apply. Stripped lowers are not considered complete firearms so he does not have to report multiple sales

Since this is not technically a rifle, no. The Dealer should be recording it as a receiver.

In for 2, thanks.
If the multiple sales report does reply, most FFLs have no problem letting you pick them up a few days apart.

Sweet deal, just ordered 3. Not building any yet but never pass up cheap (price) parts.
