Lone Star Credit Union does not have 30.06 signs.

They do have the old Gun Busters sign.

I've not had a conversation with them about carrying in the facility, but as they are not posted I carry away.

The Annoyed Man wrote:I bank at two banks, Viewpoint, and Bank of the West. The former has gunbusters signs, but the former officers who sold me on that bank knew about my CHL, and they didn't care one way or the other about it. Bank of the West (Grapevine) not only has no signage, but my wife and I had to produce our CHLs as second photo IDs because that's all we had. I told the bank president, "I hope this isn't freaking you out." She replied that not only was it not freaking her out, but she didn't understand how come everybody doesn't have a CHL, because it would make the world a safer place in her estimation.
TAM - Do you know if Bank Of The West (BOTW) in Grapevine is a branch of the BOTW in El Paso? I checked with BOTW in El Paso last Year and their rates at the time were pretty good but never could get to El Paso to open an account. I'll have to check and see if they have branches elsewhere (like Central Texas). I banked with them when I lived in EL Paso and they were a first rate outfit.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a convenient branch location for the most viable suggestions, so I ended up going with ResourceOne. No gunbuster/30.06 signs, great service.
