Irving: Residents fatally shot in drive-by

In Irving Sunday afternoon two men were fatally shot in a drive-by shooting that occurred in the parking lot of a cell-phone store in the 2700 block of N. Beltline Road.

The deceased men and a woman were leaving the store when someone in a passing vehicle opened fire. There is no evidence that the deceased victims were involved in any nefarious activity.

The deceased men had "Middle Eastern" sounding names. Curiously one lived in Missouri City (a Houston suburb).
