Chicago murder--with a gun!

I was under the impression that hand guns were banned in Chicago. So if they are all banned how did this man shoot his neighbor? Yes, gun free works so well--for the criminals.

Additionally he killed a man for a dripping AC unit--really? I hope he is put away for a long long time.

This is an attitude now cultivated in the public schools. The liberal philosophy of "self-esteem" promotion is that everyone is wonderful merely because they exist and regardless of what they do or don't do. When self-esteem isn't based on character and accomplishment that's exactly the kind of result it leads to.
