If you needed another reason to carry...

#1

Post by WickedOwl »

Unbelievable. Father and son attack parking lot attendants they claim stole a $200 bottle of cologne. The father (who's on his way back to prison for a THIRD time) attacks with a bicycle and snow shovel, son joins in, and the attendants defend themselves, one of them killing the son with a knife. Now the family is claiming the son was murdered and that the father and son were the victims. Shame on everyone who supports the assailants. I fear for the attendants who are now receiving death threats for a completely justified act of self defense.

The friends and family of the son posted a petition in his defense.

I guess the father is lucky one of the attendants wasn't illegally carrying. His family needs to see this video and then realize that he is directly responsible for his son's death.

I wonder if the DA will add charges of felony murder to the father?

It saddens me that crap like this happens over something as petty as a bottle of cologne. A young man is dead because his own father escalated a situation, his own mother apparently did not attempt to defuse the situation, and then their son joined in. Bottom line: if you stupidly make the decision to use deadly force as an aggressor, be prepared for a like response and the consequences that go along with it.

And the family members calling for justice. I bet their "justice" would involve more thugs beating to death two young men who only acted to defend themselves.

All for a freaking bottle of cologne. :confused5 :confused5

The boy's own actions caused his death but without his father's actions the youth never would have even been in the situation. I hope the dad gets a lot of alone time to think about the tragedy he has brought upon his family.

I understand the family is grieving, but claiming their loved one was murdered is ridiculous. The father started the fight, and the son actively participated. I don't often say this, but he got what he deserved. According to the report, the parking lot attendant was on the phone with 911 when the first blow was thrown. If these guys actually believed that their cologne was stolen, then just wait for the police and let them settle it. The attack was completely uncalled for and the attendants could have been killed. As heartless as it sounds, I find it unfortunate that the father did not get the same treatment as the son.

Classic example of criminals justifying their acts.

just another example of an uneducated ricidivist ape acting like an ape. it's no wonder the son joined in on this junk. i hope the family realizes that this is almost all the father's fault and i hope that this animal rots in prison knowing that he got his son killed.
at least there's one less of them in the gene pool.

What if this happened in Texas?

In NY the chance of encountering a legally armed citizen is very, very, very low. In the Lone Star State the odds go up a bit. If a carrying CHL was one of the attendants chances are after the first attack they may have drawn their weapon. With a weapon drawn the attack with the shovel would have been stopped at the door. The young man's dad may or may not still be alive but the son more than likely would not have become an aggressor. Just my thoughts................
No State shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and charge a fee therefor. -- Murdock v. Pennsylvania
If the State converts a right into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right with impunity. -- Shuttleworth v. City of Birmingham

Apparently they've been deleting any posts that don't agree that this kid was brutally murdered in cold blood. The gaps in the post numberings imply there's quite a few folks that disagree with their version of "justice."

Sounds about right...to these idiots, justice means that only the rappers can defend themselves.

I sincerely hope those cold blooded killers get locked up for LIFE! They literally forced Isayah and his father to attack them and then brutally murdered them in cold blood! Now people are saying that it was self defense? Are you kidding me? I can't believe that a man can't burst into a parking attendant booth and attack someone with fists, a bicycle, and a snow shovel without the risk of someone defending themselves. What is this country coming to? RIP ISAYAH!
One got through... Maybe it was too subtle for them! "rlol"

Isn't the father criminally responsible for the death of his son as he/they were committing a crime that resulted in the death?

If you want to see what the real world thinks of this incident, YouTube Isayah Muller and watch the first video on the list...the one with all of the thousands of views. Then...read the comments. They don't sensor the comments too much on YouTube...I think the petition site might have an agenda!!!
