Our body is like a car, or I should say a car is like our body. Knees, hips are like tires and socks. Engine and heart. If you let a car sit a long time you wil have troubles. Same for our body. Exercise and keep the fluids moving. Even weight lifting for us old guys. White hair. Thre was something in the news this week about maybe changing that.

At least you don't have my probem. Once a month it seems, my hair grows very long very quickly. I then black out and when I awake, I can't remember a thing. Also, my clothes are in shreds. My dog won't have anything to do with me. It just runs and hides when I get home. Any clues what as to what this may be?

What I heard on the news was a report that "sitting" was as bad for your health as smoking. In other words, use it or lose it. I need to follow that advice

Umm, so does that mean if I take up smoking (again), I can quit exercising? :evil2:

TAM consider yourself lucky.

As I have grown older the hair on my head has stopped growing, but it is now growing from my nose and ears. :???:
God Bless America, and please hurry.

I have the hair growing in my ears and nose too, but they used to be white, and now they are coming in black.

I'm fixing to be 52, my hair is in a race between falling out-vs starting to turn gray. The falling out is way ahead! But taking some meds a few months ago seemed to really boost the graying. TAM any new meds that might be having the reverse affect? Even if you only took them temporarily? :tiphat:

I never heard of gray hair reverting. I don't mind my gray hairs, but if I could get my belly to go back into my chest, where it used to be, that would be awesome.
