Oh... I thought the two were interconnected in that they both are aimed at tightening up the rules on obtaining a CHL in Texas. Looking back, I think the guy that brought it up got the axe...LOL. I did find comfort in the post Charles made telling us the (unmentioned bill) is going to get shot down.
