Visiting relatives in Richardson this weekend and would like to introduce some to IDPA on Saturday 3-26. Any suggestions?

not strict IDPA but Dallas pistol club has great pistol matches.
This Sat at 10:00AM they have the real world gun (very much like IDPA but no limit to 10 rds)

Collin County IDPA has a match on Saturday, but it's in Greenville, about an hour's drive east of Richardson. http://www.ccidpa.org/#MATCH_SCHED" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I'm in Austin, so I won't be there, but BrianSW99 might be.

For folks in Richardson (northeast side of Dallas) -the ccidpa matches are not a long drive, the JPGC range is located just north of Greenville. The matches put on at that loaction by ccidpa average 8-10 stages and are typically an excellent intro to what IDPA shooting is all about.

I'm located in East TX and have a 70 mile drive to get there, but its always worth the effort IMO. In fact, I plan to shoot there this weekend (3/26) ;-)
