Tresspasser would have been "golden" if this had happened in the U.K.

Another great example from the low end of the gene pool. I'm always amazed at the "fine, upstanding citizens" who break into someone else's house and take a shower. What was he thinking? Wait... this was in Oregon. Never mind. There seems to be something in the water on the Left Coast. :evil2:

The story says that the owner had 2 German Shepherds, which might have
been OK for his protection.

But 2 other Germans (an HK and a Walther) might have been much more effective. :-)

Is he related to the druggies who call 911 to report someone stole their drugs?
I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

Maybe the owner should let the dogs enjoy a bath with the intruder! On the audio tape he was dropping balonies! :biggrinjester:

Actually, calling the police might have been smart move. Once he knew he was busted, calling the police could have saved his life if the homeowner had actually had a gun. That might have preempted an attack by the homeowner defending his property of life and the BG only gets charged with criminal trespass instead of assault or being killed himself. Although, I don't think this guy thought about it this much.

The guy should be charged with "home invasion/burglary" he stated on the audio tape that he broke into a house ( and not just walked in by mistake) at unknown address. Stone Head, or to much drugs?

So if you shoot a burglar while he's calling 911, is there a defense you can use for interfering with an emergency call?
