Police said a woman at the El Antro nightclub was shot by a security guard. The story stated that she was causing a disturbance when the guard pulled out his gun and shot her. She was transported to the hospital in serious condition. The shooting occurred Sunday around 2:00AM. No further details were reported.

Maybe she broke a glass bottle and used it as a deadly weapon, or used her hi heel as a device that can inflict grave bodily harm.

Last year a security guard [off duty LEO] shot two people in the parking lot of this same nightclub after a fight in the bar continued outside. One of the people died, the other was wounded.

Consider the mix of things you have in a club setting:
Liquor/opposite sex/males vying for women/guns/rejection/fighting.
It's quite a recipe for some uncivil behavior.
Take it to the extreme like the guy in the earlier incident -
you will no longer be able to fog a mirror. Sheesh.
