Thanks,

Google Scholar is a new service that makes case law and court rulings available to the public for free.

http://scholar.google.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Recap is a plug-in for Firefox that helps search PACER, the federal court records system. If a user purchases documents on PACER while using Recap, they are copied to a free public server for everyone else to use. Or, while searching PACER, if the document is already available on Recap, users are directed to those free copies.

This particular page would be a good reference regarding what constitutes a valid sign, particularly if one finds himself being stopped by police and accused of ignoring a sign that was "close enough."

There is a link IB can't find now, (could it be a sticky somewhere) for list of bills filed.

I think it was at Texas Firearms Coalition, but I can't find it there either.

I was just cross-checking to see if there were any I didn't know about against http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/Search/T ... =&Exclude=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

I didn't recall looking up HB1365 before today, just 1167, but then, I don't recall what breakfast I had yesterday, I mean it was ice cream, but I forget which flavor. :mrgreen:

Submitting fingerprints for NICS appeals is confusing if you read their requirements. Also, L-1 provided -0- help when I called them to request a hard copy to send into NICS. The rep I spoke with did not even know who NICS is. Printing the FBI fingerprint card for use at the local PD has had mixed success. I found this company that charges $25.00 cash in DFW area for two sets on the standard FBI fingerprint card. In my opinion this should be a bulletproof solution and may be helpful to others in NTX. I have no affiliation other than my Monday morning appointment.

This site is an invaluable resource where one can find nothing but the truth, and unbiased opinions.

I am looking for a software copy of the the new 2011-2013 Texas CHL handbook. Is there a link any anywhere yet?

DPS still hasn't come out with the new handbook.
I took the old one one added HB 25 and SB321, and made a wiki. It can be found at:
http://libertysblog.dyndns.tv/mediawiki ... i:TexasCHL" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Some might find it easier to navigate than a PDF and it's more current than what DPS has made available. I will continue to add links and linkbacks as well as add any additional changes that I may have missed.
