Encounter with Dallas PD, Accident Aftermath
Encounter with Dallas PD, Accident Aftermath
4 DPD cars showed up at my accident. I was hit by another driver, both my airbags deployed. Give officer both identifications, just handed CHL back. One officer even offered to drive me up the street to where my wife was. The lead officer told him by the way he is armed but not to worry. Very professional and not concerned with carry issue.

Car wrecks are scary... I'm glad you got through it alive! Is everyone involved ok?
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

Could you let us know how you were carrying and if there was any additional injuries do to this? I always carry IWB at 3:00 and my seat belt hits right my gun, I have always wandered what would happen in an accident.

Thanks all for asking about injuries, we are sore, no broken bones etc.. I typically carry IWB @3 o'clock. We were painting the pastors office so I had it in my Maxpedition. Wilson CQC compact was the gun of the day.
