I bought a SportLok safe, to put my metal in. I don't have kids, but my ole lady has a daughter, so, I don't wanna hafta worry when they're over here.
And I also got a hold of a small thing of Pepper Spray, an 8 dollar knife (it has assisted open, so I thought it was SupaFly cool!), and a Tactical Flashlight for my S&W 9VE, but it doesn't fit, so I hafta take it back (thusly the lack of a picture), aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand
A Taurus .357 Maaaaaagnum. *cues drums* DUN DUN DUN DUN
yes, Taurus pistols are cheap, you may bring on the flames, but I liked it.
It has one of those recessed hammers, so you don't hafta wurrah about it getting hung up on yer shirt/jeans/leather jumpsuit, but you can still cock it for some single action fun.
here's pics (of course I bought an InThaWaistBand holster, and some HydraShocks to go with)

Congrats on all the new hardware. Taurus pistols are a lot better than they used to be, so I don't think you are gonna get a lot of razzing about that.
I brought home a new Baby Glock today! (Model 26, subcompact, 9mm) Didn't go to the gun show. This one came straight from Glock. Ordered back in February... got here today. 10 months... it must be all hand made, by little Austrian elves in hollow trees.

That makes 2 new guns for me this month. I'm sure this means I am getting nothing from Santa, cause I know I haven't been THAT good.

It was a busy show today - took me 10 minutes in line to get to the door, but got to see a lot of pig iron moving through the parking lot - largest crowd I've seen in a long time.

See, the Dems are good for something! (ducknrun)

I sold a couple pistols, bought the required beef jerkey and t-shirts, drooled a lot, wished some more, and met Carlson1 afterwards.

I was by myself, saw some friends in the show, moved at my pace - very nice. All in all, a very, very nice diversion...
All the best,

AHHH, I like the RRA and the wheel gun. Good grabs for both of you! That little Taurus will serve you well for years.

Hicap mags and another Graham slide lock. I saw some insane prices (high) on used guns and I saw some OK deals but no new blasters followed me home today.
I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961

Restrained myself this time.

I only spent about $2.50 (yea, there's a decimal point in there!). Plus $7.25 for some scrambled eggs and 2 strips of bacon!

I did real well spent only 29.00 entry fee and all. I bought my daughter a necklace and earrings.

But I found a Springfeild Micro Compact .45 that felt real nice and got to handle their EMP 9mm which also felt great.

I also bumped into Greybeard walking the isles.
