Mexican soldiers charged with killing U.S. man after planting gun to 'prove' he fired first

He told girlfriend Liliana Gil Vargas that he was popping out to a local convenience store for supplies.
But he never returned and the next morning the 32-year-old was found dead in his crashed car - riddled with bullets and an automatic rifle in his hands.
Three soldiers have now been charged with killing her son. Two have been charged with planting the assault rifle in his hands

Sometimes I read news from other Countries, they aren't protecting Mexico nor the USA so you get a "whole story."

My El Paso cousin and his wife go to Mexico to see Dentists ... lots of people go to Mexico to shop... some at UTEP live in Mexico ... cheaper rent
The U.S. couple at Lake Falcon where husband was killed, lived in Mexico, until recently.
I wouldn't ... but some U.S. citizens retire or live there to make their Pesos go farther than they do here...
I recall one guy getting a Personal Injury settlement said he was going there so he wouldn't have to work again for a long time after converting the money.... wanted to pay college tuition there and live cheaper.
