Use this link and then browse for the correct show:
http://www.aubreyturner.org/gunshows/index.php
However, I found this link:
http://www.dallasarms.com/rules.htm
And it states that even CHLs have to have their guns cleared and tied before emptying.![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)

Is dallas Market Hall owned by the city or state?
If so, I think I read here that a 30.06 sign is improper, as a lesee of city property cannot impose restrictions that the property owner cannot impose.
Or am I wrong again

It is properly marked.
You CAN carry, however you have to have your action ziptied open.
They may keep your ammo or magazine, I am not sure.
Interestingly enough, they have a 5gal water bottle at the door, with a sign on it that reads "Ammo from unloaded weapons" implying that the ammo was removed from guns stated to be "unloaded"

It's not Market Hall or the management company that owns it

The show currently in residence sets the rules.
When the gun shows are there, they post no carry signs, when the jewelry shows are in the exact same building, carry is allowed.

Do you know about the TEXAS State Rifle Association?

Re: It's not Market Hall or the management company that owns
True, only so long as they make a rule that the Market Hall and/or its management company could also make. If the Market Hall were government property, they could not enforce a 30.06 sign by law, so neither could their lessees. Since the Market Hall is private, apparently, this restriction doesn't matter: the lessee is imposing a rule the owner normally doesn't, but could, impose.JohnKSa wrote:It's not Market Hall or the management company that owns it...

Remember, in a life-or-death situation, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.

I'll be there next weekend, naked (unloaded). Denton County Sports Association has 8' table in soutwest quadrant. IIRC, 2'nd isle in from the west wall, maybe 40' east of a large overhead door. Y'all drop by and introduce yaself. ![](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/s9e/emoji-assets-twemoji@11.2/dist/svgz/1f601.svgz)
