Near Gettysburgh, Pennsylvania, Thursday, a game warden was fatally shot by a suspected poacher who was hunting at night with a light.
The suspect was wounded and arrested the next day. He was a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.

The cream of Pennsylvania's youth appeared in court today. He tried to blame the officer for shooting first. Officers testified that the defendant had reloaded and shot the game warden after the warden was already down and disarmed.

If the the shooter does not get the death penalty and quick, I will lose faith in US Justice.

I say they should give him a sporting chance. Dump him in a field at night and hunt him down with a pack of dogs that are not trained to stop. Air it as a reality show.

Ok, that might be "unusual" punishment, but think of the advertising revenue it could generate this time of year.
