If that is how LEOs are being trained it is time for us to pull their funding. This was no mistake or accident. This was potentially deadly neglect. Firing their guns should have been the LAST thing they did. They should be charged with attempted murder or the equivalent. We would.

Let's see....never put your finger on the trigger unless you intend to fire, never fire without knowing your backdrop....violated two of the four golden rules...a CHL holder would be in jail.
