Whatever the paper is trying to paint it, it
isn't a class warfare thing. And I quote:
Martin Joel Erzinger, 52, faces two misdemeanor traffic charges stemming from a July 3 incident when he allegedly hit bicyclist Dr. Steven Milo from behind then sped away, according to court documents.

Milo, 34, is a physician living in New York City with his wife and two children, where he is still recovering from his injuries, court records show.
Putting this in perspective... The victim is a New York doctor who earns enough money to vacation with his family in Vail, Colorado. Not that there's anything particularly wrong with that, but this is really about one
very wealthy man's shoddy treatment of another
less wealthy man. That doesn't make Erzinger's behavior any less egregious, but it isn't class warfare.
That said, I would never let someone who manifests the personal ethics of a Ferengi handle my money. Doesn't matter if they charge this guy with a felony or not. His business
will be affected.
