Anyone here know much about Section 30.05 such as: Is it still valid?
If so, what's it's purpose given Section 30.06 pretty much does the same job.
Anyone know the answer?
Thanks!

Yes, Texas PC § 30.05 is Criminal Trespass for all people and is still valid. TPC § 30.06 only covers trespass by a CHL while carrying.Abraham wrote:Anyone here know much about Section 30.05 such as: Is it still valid?

You may not have known about 30.05 by section number but I hope you knew trespassing was a crime.
