I bought this one for CC in Feb to replace my G22 but carry them both equally now.

JDJ,

Which holster do you carry your G22 in?

I also carry my G23 in the same holster. I ordered a Crossbreed Supertuck 3 weeks ago. Should be here in a week or so. I will let you know how I like it when I get it.

I'm sorry folks... I have to show this off. I aquired these a month or so ago. I was on a hunt for the Model 29-2. Smith and Wesson fans will understand the significance of the -2 part. Very hard to come by in good condition. I found one on GB that said never fired, new in box... buy it now was 925 or close to that. I jumped on it and when it arrived the FFL that shipped it packaged it poorly and the box was damaged... think barrel hole knocked in one end. the gun was fine. I called the seller and he offered to send me the box from his other 29-2 at his expense. He then makes an off hand comment about them being sisters or something and upon further questioning I find out he has a second never fired in the consecutive serial number and he would just list it cheaper without the box. Thinking quick I made a offer to him of 825 for it including shipping. He took it. Heck... I think the new models cost more than that... I was thrilled. Anyway... here they are. Consecutive serial number 29-2 Smiths... factory stickers are still on the bottom of the grips. Only problem is... now I still need one I can shoot without destroying the value of it...LOL. They are as tight as a brand spanking new revolver. I need to maybe get with Smith and Wesson for a history or some kind of cool paperwork documenting the serial numbers. I hope this isn't coming off as bragging. I have been dying to show these to someone who can appreciate the rarity of these as much as I do. I figured this forum was a great place to do it.

That is pretty cool story. Gratz to you my friend.

Very nice. I have the big brother too. Pro Series and I love it. By the way I was at the fun show too. Other than being crowded how did you like the new location.
Gun control is like stopping drunk driving by making it harder for sober people to drive.
