The very significant advantage to pocket carry is that it is high unlikely anyone will see through your pants pocket.

Invest in some new shirts after you leave, if it rides up enough to expose the handle of your carry piece you have been living on the edge way too close. Most of mine are long enogh to keep a pancake holster covered unless I'm trying to wrestle a bike from the top rack in Wally World and can't find an employee. If I'm planning on something like that I make sure I am carrying IWB and none of my shirts ride high enough to reach my belt line.

I consider a gunbuster as a "you're not welcome" sign and stay away. The shopkeeper's intent is "no guns" so I will "no money" them. There is very little available at posted (both valid and invalid) establishments you can't find elsewhere.

They make opaque shirts too and not all are Hawai'ian prints.

My thoughts -

1. This is not a swat call

2. Leave as asked - where's the question here?

3. Don't go back

4. I would also apologize and say "I'm sorry I wasn't aware of that policy" - making the culpability element of the offense a little harder to prove up for the CA's office.

Just curious.... what if the manager is wearing a ski mask when he asks you to leave? :biggrinjester:

I feel the problem some folks have is that they like wearing form fitting clothing. it makes it tough to conceal carry if your sporting a pair of jeans and a shirt that looks like someone painted it on you. Think frumpy or carry ankle style. pocket carry would be hard for some of the folks I see in public. You just have to dress for the weapon. you cannot have your cake and eat it too when it comes to concealment. I suppose a suit wearing feller has a huge advantage.

Ok... OK.... how about this? WHAT IF.... I am in a resteraunt with a gun buster sign when I see someone else get ask to leave? let's just say they refuse. Since I have not been outed and asked to leave.... am I legally in the clear to blast the guy for refusing to leave or would I be required to first draw on him and warn him to leave as asked?

I just so happen to be sitting in a place in Plano called Burger break  . They have wireless internet so I am posting from within. No gun buster signs here.... but lord help me they are playing some kind of rap music in the back ground that may cause me to shoot myself with my pocket concealed Kahr P380  .

that will probably cause them to post the place when it would stop the suicides if they would just quit with the rap music.
