Tarrant Co Ranges-Need Help

#1

Post by Medic218 »

I recently found out one of my supervisors likes to plink from time to time.
He lives in Arlington and would like shoot in that area but I'm not familiar with Tarrant Co at all.
Your suggestions will help greatly.
Prob gonna be shooting mostly .22 and maybe some .223 and .40.
I'd like a 100yrd range too if possible.

Thanks!!

Try the above, great addition to Google Earth.

I used to shoot at Alpine Range in S FTW years ago. At the time I liked it.

I live in north Arlington, and shoot at Winchester Gallery. It's an indoor range.:

Alpine Shooting Range is in Forrest Hill in S.E. Tarrant County. It's an outdoor range. I've never been there because it's a little far for me, but it's a nice range from what I hear:

I only use Alpine, it's great, got about 25 100 yard slots, 6 50 yd, and then various pistol and .22 ranges. Really good. If you need someone to come shoot with you, gimme a shout! :smilelol5:
