Did this ever reset for you by any chance? Having the same problem.

Day before yesterday, I got to the "unable to log you in, please apply under new license" type message. Yesterday I was back to the "too many login attempts" message. I'm giving it until Monday before I call them. :headscratch

Well, it's looking like I'm going to be closer to the 3 weeks in the "2-3 weeks to get status" I'll probably give it until Wed and email them.

Well that is lame. If you end up calling, I'd be interested to know if they can reset the website so that it works again for you.

I know there seems to be thousands of stories on here, many are very bad. Here's my scenario. I hope it gives some of you in the future hope.

May 20th I UPS completed packet.
June 3rd I received a letter saying I forgot 3 months for address history.
Send priority USPS corrections on June 7th.
Received a letter on June 14th saying they were reviewing my application and to check website occasionally. So I ran inside and checked Immediately. My Status was already showing: Mailed.
June 18th, Plastic in hand.

I am on file already with a Level 4 PPO license. Don't know if that helped or not. To me this was very quick and especially with an error on my application. Good luck guys, and when it is all over the wait will seem like it was nothing.

I'm in the "closer to 3 weeks" category now, I think. At least the previous posters have indicated DPS will mail us if anything is missing. I know I sent everything in, but it still shows the same static message that they're waiting to receive things before I get a detailed a status.

OK, after waiting 30 hours since my last login attempt, I am still getting the "too many login attempts" message. I will be calling them Monday to see what is up with that.

My wife's login started working again. Unfortunately the first message was that something was incomplete with the application and they've mailed something back. I have no idea what it could be, we both looked it over several times before sending it in and it seemed okay. We shall see.

it took me nearly a full 3 weeks to see anything. It's hard to do but I suggest checking on Saturday mornings instead of like me and every half hour. I'm not checking as often but still log in about three or four times a day. Here's to you seeing your status in two weeks (hopefully sooner) :cheers2:
