My next purchase?

#1

Post by jeeperbryan »

So I have about $1000 that I just freed up to spend. What should I get? I'm torn between a few options.

Some nice choices on that list. I had a hard time picking just one. A Springfield Champion is very high on my list right now. But in the end the AK (or actually the M64/M70) is a heck of a lot of fun to shoot - and cheaper to feed!

I voted for the purse. Consider it a long term investment.

I (we) bought her a CC purse last winter. She is looking for the same, but in brighter colors. All she can find for CC are black or brown.

I'm looking for .45ACP and .380ACP ammo to keep shooting! :fire

If you have no debt and a good emergency fund, I say spend half on a purse and half on a range membership and ammo, but only if you're debt free.

MaGills.com has the American Hobo Concealment Purse in several colors. My wife loves hers. Why not get the Operator and a purse? Win, win situation.

You would have made it a lot easier had you said something like, "you can pick all but one" :biggrinjester:

Wow, being a mostly handgun forum I figured most people would vote 1911. Didn't realize how highly regarded the FNH was so I'm liking that.

I had an A/C guy come out today and that was a quick $400 spent on refridgerant. And he's telling me I need to replace two evaporator coils which could cost another $1400. So not sure where that leaves me :banghead: I'm not sure I can even justify the purse to the wife now. She'd probably give me the look.
