There's a big difference in the look in someone's eyes between "What does this guy want" and "is this guy going to cut out my liver and eat it."

Look at Scott Peterson's eyes or Ted Bundy's. Notice the soulless look, the total lack of empathy. There's something inhuman there.

I love me some thin mints. There was a gang of girl scouts out in front of wally World the other night. I got my pepper spray ready and moved my shirt out of the way so I could draw. Fortunately, they backed off at the last minute. I am on a diet and can't have anyone tempting me with cookies. Besides, how do I know they weren't murdering midgets, dressed up like girl scouts to throw me off?

Most vehicles I've seen in Wal-Mart parking lots aren't cars. Most are pickups, vans, and SUVs, and "most adults" aren't 6'6" or taller.

I have not been a jerk about anything. It looks to me like you freaked out over nothing. Hopefully you don't blast an innocent citizen with an over reaction like that. I think your battle field awareness needs some serious adjustment. Your not in a war zone and if you think it is, please leave your gun at home before you make a huge error in judgement. Believing everyone that aproaches you is a possible serial killer is paranoid at best.
