Conroe - Creekwood Range has Reopened

Post by SRVA »

The Creekwood Shooting Sports Center has reopened in Conroe. This is primarily a shotgun facility and is one of the classiest looking facilities in the state. They also have a small pistol facility. The couple that own it are doing a great job and have a great vision for the future of the place. Address is:

Creekwood Shooting Sports
12824 Hwy 105 West
Conroe, TX 77304

Web address is:
http://www.creekwoodshootingsports.com/default.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It would be great for forum members to stop in, identify yourselves and shoot a round of trap or skeet.

interesting, I used to go there when they were under construction. The owner (Scott) I believe was his name, I could be mistaken seeing how it's literally been about a year, is a really nice guy. one of the only ranges I know that would let me shoot my ar-15 from a standing position.

Gun Emporium didn't have a problem with me standing with my AR.

SRVA, do you know if this range allows semi-rapid fire? I plan to visit Shiloh as USA1 recommended, I'd like to have a selection, thanks for the heads up. :tiphat:

There is no rapid fire or drawing from the holster allowed. Scott tried it but it was abused.

They do have a pretty good set up. I have been looking at them to use as range for the private CHL classes I teach.
