We were supposed to go yesterday but the rain kept us away.
Just to make things worse I even have a new 'toy' to play with. My Advantage Arms conversion kit for the G30 came in last week and hasn't been exercised yet

It's been 8 days since my last range outing. My goal is to go at least twice a month. When I go I generally I try to put 50 - 100 rnds thru each of my weapons. I'm pretty blessed in that my wife is supportive of me taking the time to do this. When you've got 4 kids there is always something going on. One challenge is the hours of most indoor ranges. I'd love to be able to shoot after the kids go to bed, but most ranges that I visit are closed by 7:00pm.bigolbigun wrote:I thought I would throw out this question and see how long it has been since you took your daily carry weapon to the range for some practice? I know many members on here practice weekly or at least once a month.
Not to hijack the thread or anything, but wanted to pop in and say that it's nice to see you back on forum, LarryH.LarryH wrote:Just after Thanksgiving.
Weather has mostly been too cold/windy/rainy when I've had time since then.
Now I'm waiting for recuperation from surgery to proceed a bit further before I try again.
