Bug Reports - Post server migration woes!

#1

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

For the most part, the migration of TexasCHLforum to the new server has been fine. However, I've noticed a few bugs and hopefully I've been able to fix most. Please use this thread to report any bugs you see and please check to see if someone has already reported the same bug before posting. Duplicate bug reports will be deleted.

I wish I had some bugs to report, but all seems to be working fine for me. I know that doesn't tell you much but I'm trying to catch up to USA1 in post count.

It's not just you.......

The text links where the images are supposed to be work and take you to the correct locations. Just the Images are missing.

As AEA said, it's not just you. Something is pointing to a nonexistent folder ("TexasCHL_Forum") and I can't find the offending file. The image paths are correctly set in the header files, so I'm stumped. I can fix it easily by just adding the folder and copying the images, but I want to fix it, not work around the problem.

Yes, my auto login is working again after logging in twice and selecting automatic both times. It seems as though the first one did nothing, but the 2nd has stuck.

I'm going to close this thread soon; thankfully it appears the two minor bugs were a matter of settings that I have fixed.

Dodged yet another bullet!

I can see the images now and my auto log-in works I am happy. however 1 bad thing the "view new posts" work correctly now so when I close down before I was really done reading I can't come back and see them all.

Hi Charles

All looks good here. I have XP 64 using IE 8 and all works just fine. The auto-logon is working now too. Great job.
