HPD should know who was in that area at that time shouldn't they?

My response would have been to take out my cell-phone and take a pic of him.

we live in the sticks and passing troopers on the highway is normal.
i think they drive a bit slow to see who has the fortitude to pass them.
I avoid Houston like the plague its to much like how Jacksonville florida was back in the late 80's
maybe he liked your car
i wouldnt let it go if it was really that bad.
letters and phone calls to start.
maybe an op-ed

Maybe he got a call of a robbery in progress down the road in front of you. He had already ran your plate and name. When he saw you were a CHL, he was just signaling he needed backup that could hit their target when they shot at something!Russell wrote: He started waving his arms wildly, pointing up ahead of him, and then veered onto the exit across multiple lanes of traffic and left the highway.

Maybe he was the same whack job that drove at speeds exceeding 120mph on the freeway without lights or siren about 4 months ago. Why? On the way to a fire? A murder in progress? Nope. He was just taking three prisoners to be booked into jail for a misdemeanor offense. I know one of the guys and he was scared out of his mind he would die that night handcuffed in the back of that police car. The officer caught him staring at his speedometer, so he turned off his dashboard lights and drove even faster. 120 mph was the speed before the officer killed the dash lights.

Years ago I lived off 290 and Antoine. Nice 4-2-2 house. Went by there a couple of years ago and didn't even recognize it. Too many derelict cars in the front yard. Almost couldn't see the house. Whole neighborhood completely transformed. Talk about going from hero to zero........
