Well, all this discussion is interesting, but I'll be taking the family to either the Ft. Worth zoo or the Dallas zoo (which one? Any recommendation?) in the coming weeks, and both my wife and I will be armed.

If the wind blows my cover then I officially volunteer to be the test case.

I recommend the Ft Worth zoo over the Dallas zoo. My little girl loves it.

I've been to both, but going to the Ft.Worth zoo for a total of 57 years, and I never get tired of it. (born in F.W.)

I may be biased but I prefer The Fort Worth Zoo.

Sounds like the extra drive might be worth it. I haven't been to the Ft. Worth zoo since I was very small (maybe 4 or 5 years old) but I remember it from even that early age. I thought the lion's roar was a jet travelling over the zoo.

Alright then, in a couple weeks, TheArmedFarmers are packing up the jalopy and travelling to fort worth, along with our Kimber (his) and Springfield Armory EMP (hers). And to further snub their illegal 30.06 posting, I may even carry the LCP in my pocket for fun.

I have to apologize in advance for what I thought as I read the previous post. The mental image of the Beverly Hillbillies just jumped into my head.

If I had .02 to rub together, I'd bet USA1 is busy scrounging for another picture to post as I write this......gotta keep an eye on that guy. :biggrinjester:

Is that Nicolas Cage?
