you'd need a new xray tech, too, cause anybody that'd be that careless to leave an artifact that big on an image doesn't need to be in the profession.

just don't try getting an MRI with it still holstered...

Thanks, RaiderAde, for the excellent explanation.
FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.

I've actually had X-rays done while carrying... but it was at the dentist's office :)

Just returned from my doc this morning. I thought about carrying inside, since they still have the old sign that says it's illegal to carry in there from before they were required to post 30.06. I could have, but knew I would be taking my jacket and shirt off for the exam and didn't feel up to the discussion. It's just as well, I ended up getting a shot in the rear and my pants may have dropped a little bit more if I'd had any extra weight on my belt.

Anyway, while waiting in the exam room I checked out the magazine selection and found two different gun magazines. Both were mainly handgun related, but I don't remember the titles. I don't read them very much so I'm not that familiar with the different ones. I was reading an article about increasing accuracy when the doc walked in. No questions at all except for why I was there in the first place. I have carried in when taking my wife there and to my daughter's doc before. And also to the dentist.
