I just recieved a voicemail from Valentina at DPS (put the call to voicemail, as it showed 'unknown' as the caller. I don't answer those), she wanted to make sure I got my licence.. I'm guessing they did the UPS thing.
I had not recieved it yet, so I called her back and left her a voicemail

Maybe I'll have a UPS Letter on my door when I get home...

On another note, DPS lady called me back. Said to let her know if I didn't get it by tomorrow.
Apparently they're suddenly trying very hard to get this to me ASAP... interesting. Maybe it was one of my letters to one of the important people that lit the fire under them.

Scroll up to see the letter I sent. After sending the letter, my CHL magically changed to 'completed' 4 days later.
