Not to get off topic, but does DPS publish M-T-D and Y-T-D statistics for applications issued? I'd be curious to know.

FY 2008 is the latest posted....2009 stats will be interesting....

I totally agree. F.Y. 2008 averaged around 6,091 licenses issued/month(recalling from memory, I may be a little off). Since the fiscal year ends Aug.31, I'd hope they'd have the years results by end of September, but one never knows.
