Re: What the wife thinks?
I'm recovering from a pinched nerve in my lower back, and yesterday evening, I told her that I needed to run to the store to pick-up some things (including Advil), and in a very concerned voice, she asked if I was going to be able to wear my gun with my bad back. My response..."of course!" She actually had a relieved look on her face. Gotta love her!

Over time you will get better at concealing your handgun.paynewp wrote:I have finally received the plastic and have been carring ever since the day it arrived. My wife thinks that there is no need to be armed all the time. I get the eye roll almost everytime I leave with my weapon.

Someone on here has as part of the signature line a phrase I like, be armed 24/7 and you dont have to guess. Being armed part time is dangerous. Criminals are not going to ask if you remembered to carry this time. And since crime typically does not set an appointment who is to say that quick trip to CVS or the local 7-11 is not the time a criminal has decided to that CVS is the same one he wants to rob...

My wife actually makes sure I'm holstered and armed before we leave home.seamusTX wrote: The wife will probably get used to the situation in a short while.
