The Twins have been liberated.

Finally... I busted the twins out of jail (aka layaway at local fun store).

I'm going to be up late tonight with the Flitz making them as shiny as possible.
Both are Ruger Old model Vaquero's, 45 Long Colt and the stag grips are real.

I also got my SASS number and Alias today. Sugar Land Express #72179

Yeeehaawww :fire

Thanks. Nope, the leather is already here. Just haven't gotten pics yet. We got Brenda's lever and SxS back from Gunslinger today too. Oh man, the lever is sooooo smooth now. I'm thinkin' I can shoot it faster than my AR.

Cyphur,
Go down to Oakwood and spend a few hours with these folks http://www.oakwoodoutlaws.org/

You will walk away with a new addiction

These people are some of the nicest I have ever met. Truely a top notch place!

What terrific looking shootin irons, HV.

Now we need a pic of all the new cowboy action guns and leather where appropriate. Also pics of you wearing the new duds.

I missed out on a chance to buy a Vaquero from my dad a few months ago. By the time I got the cash (a few days), he'd already sold it. It was a nickel .44 Magnum with ivory (not real) grips, and came with a Triple-K rig.
