one less anti-gun person

Hey, I don't believe this, but my wife (who is anti-guns) has decided to get a CHL. She's already taken the class (and passed the shooting part 1st try w/ plenty to spare) and sent in her application.

I knew if I keep nagging her , she'll relent. Now if only I can get her into shooting the local matches...

Reasonable gun control is hitting your target with the first shot.

Glory, I am thrilled to see every new lady that is willing to be armed. Mrs. j1132s I commend you as a lady of arms. That puts you in a very admirable group w/ my wife & mother. ;-) Congrats.

Great for her. I wonder if something that you don't know about happened to change her mind.

I've read a few articles by or about antis who took the course, maybe to see if they could dredge up some dirt. A lot of antis think a CHL is literally a license to kill.

I'm glad she did. We ladies need our guns more than anyone, yet we're the least likely to get them.

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.

I'm glad she is a lady-in-waiting and it won't be too long before she is with us. Get her to sign up at this forum or Women & Guns. Lot of the same good people on both.

Ha! As much as I like guns and shooting, I don't think I'll ever shoot a liberal unless he/she is trying to kill me :) Even then, I 'll only shoot to stop and not to kill.
