Bingo. I talked to an instructor who said they have rejected photos lately and he has been unable to find anything wrong with them and he just sent them the same one back and they accepted the second time.usa1 wrote:i think its their way of buying timeBradGroux wrote:I just received a letter back from DPS saying that the photo provided was of "poor quality" and was "pixelated"... crazy thing is the picture was taken and reviewed by the Top Gun CHL course and to me it doesn't seem pixelated at all, even when viewing under a magnifying glass, the top gun instructor even inspects the image. My question is can I call and challenge their finding and point out their error or is it easier to just go get new pictures taken? The problem is I took the pictures at Top Gun because I wanted to be sure that they would be accepted, and I've seen some of the passport photos camera shops and drug stores take and I'd be worried that they wouldn't be accepted either. Any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.
