Go ahead... make my day

I woke up this morning with the urge to make some noise. Around 11 I headed to the range and there wasn't a lane open, it was absolutely packed.
Finally, I got a lane and interestingly, after only 10 shots, I found myself alone on the line. :reddevil

Got a big bore fire breather? Let's see it! Here are my two:

S&W Lew Horton 29-3 wth adjustable front sight, unfluted cylinder and Ahrends cocobolo grips.

Nice guns.

Is the range indoors or outdoors? I wouldn't have left. Maybe even asked to try one of them out.

Thanks... It's an indoor range. Even 357 Sig is pretty loud in there. I did take a shower this morning so I'm pretty sure it was the noise that ran everyone off.

To some of the sicker in the group......that is music to my ears! I love the big bores and will post another pic of my .44 tomorrow. Good thread.

Heheheh.

I've gotten a few -odd- looks when I start unloading a .357 Magnum at a target in the local indoor range. Even that "little" magnum is noisy in there.

Sweet-looking .44s. Makes me that much more aware that I have none in that caliber. Maybe in a few years...

Last time I went to an indoor range, my ears were hurting too badly.
I still like the outdoor range.
(I do, however, like the little lever that brings my targets back to me!)

For those of you who have never heard the story....I received this mighty big bore as a gift from my wife, 1 year ago for giving up smokeless tobacco! This gun saved my life and will always be special to me! I got it out to take a picture and now I am off to the range with it!

Jbirds,
Thanks for the ammo against my wife. I gave up "dipping" over 3 years ago, so she probably owes me 3 guns  . Probably won't work, but quitting was worth it alone.
