Finally got around to taking a picture of my daily carry:

P229 in .357 Sig, MTAC at 4:00, spare mag, and my ubiquitous CrackBerry.

My Daily Carry. The Beretta is small of the back or front center console. Ruger at 3:00 obligatory cell phone/ leash, Keys with USB thumb drives and a wallet. Mostly one gun or the other unless I'm on an overnight trip. Nothing fancy, but It seems to work.

Thanks,
It is a stainless P95 . Ruger should pay me for advertising the darn thing. I wrote a review on it 2 years ago and its the first one to come up on a google search (using search terms ruger p95 review). I still need to work on a better holster belt combo, but the Don Hume JIT works pretty well.

How do you like the different belt clips??
What do you like about the ones from the MTAC better than the stock ones that come w/ the Super-Tuck.

I am really thinking seriously about one of these but I thought I would like the clips like you have better.

I ordered a set of the C-clips from MTAC. I couldn't find anything on the crossbreed website to order their version. I like the fact that the clips are not as wide as the stock clips for the super tuck. I also like that they go behind the belt, instead of in front.

The Supertuck clips were too wide for my taste and the MTAC ones are about half the width. I also like the MTAC ones because they have the different cant holes. The Supertuck has the cant holes on the holster instead of the clips like the MTAC. So with holes on both, it gives you even more possible combinations for the 'perfect' height and cant.

As for the MTAC it's self. It's a fine holster except I found it to be a little too thick and the back part did not come up far enough to keep the slide of the gun from digging into my side.

Just went over there to look & saw them. I think I like the C-clips too for the same reason. Are the C's deep enough from to accomodate the thickness of a gunbelt or do you wear a standard single ply belt when IWB.???

You guys have sold me.
Thanks.

FWIW, I don't think the regular J clips are any more noticable than the C clips. IMO, the C clips actually catch your eye easier (if you are loooking). YMMV.

I wore my MTac with the standard issue clips to my buddie's birthday party. I wore it IWB (obviously), but with a shirt tucked in, with a brown belt. mind you, the clips are black.
My buddy is a Cop, all his buddies that were at his birthday part were Cops, and not one single person said a THANG about the clips being obvious or did they ask what they were. Not a single one of'em (except my friend) knew I had a CHL (before or after the party), and they all knew what I do for a living (NOT law enforcement).

so there. black clips, brown belt, tucked in shirt, nobody said nuthin' about nuthin'.

YMMV, because, IIRC, IANAL, IYKWIM.
FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.
