I can't imagine anyone keeping up with over 200,000 members.
We don't know how many lurkers there are. The general rule of thumb is that lurkers are 10 times the number of active participants.
Most people who get a CHL put it in their wallet and forget about it. The number who have an active interest in the RKBA, self-defense, or shooting sports is small.
